Troubleshooting
Functions not working:
- Ensure you're signed in (check the taskpane)
- Verify your network connection
- Check the diagnostics panel in the taskpane for error details
Add-in not loading:
- Verify the manifest file is valid
- Check that you've trusted the publisher
- Ensure the add-in source URL is accessible
Copy Diagnostics
To help diagnose issues, you can copy diagnostic information from the taskpane:
- Open the OptLab taskpane in Excel
- Scroll to the "Support" section at the bottom
- Click "Copy support info"
- Share the copied information when reporting issues
Diagnostic information includes version details, environment settings, and recent operation history (redacted for security).
